The trust engages in charitable activities with the aim of providing welare services to all the members of the community, by donating any amount through this website you acknowledge that you are aware of all the regulations and policies prevailing in not only your immediate jurisdiction but also within the jurisdiction of the trust and that you will abide by all applicable current and future regulations before submitting any form or processing any payment. You also acknowledge and accept that donations made through this website are non refundable

Any donations made to the trust will not be exempt from Income tax under any section of the Income tax act. The trust is a religious organisation and seeks donations for the welfare of its community members, but does not provide any tax exemption.

Section 6 - Indian Citizen

The trust seeks donations / actions only from Indian Citizens, any payments made through the payment gateway from any international account will automatically be blocked. By submitting any form or donating any amount you accept that you are a Citizen of India and will abide by all the local regulations before making such donation. You are solely responsible if you continue to make a transaction despite being explicitly notified that donations are only accepted from Indian Citizens
